2. Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
Products marked as “Draft” or “Coming Soon” are not yet available for purchase. All active products are subject to availability.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
4. Ordering
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay. All payments are processed securely via Revolut Merchant. We do not store payment card details.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Orders are fulfilled via a third-party fulfilment centre. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation, but are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund Policy for full details on how to return items and receive a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the HouseWoke website — including text, images, logos, the Room Scanner, and scientific citations — is the intellectual property of HouseWoke and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
9. Liability
HouseWoke is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
