Shipping Policy

We want your HouseWoke order to arrive quickly, safely, and with as little packaging waste as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

International shipping is not currently available but will be introduced in a future phase.

2. Free Shipping Threshold

✅ Free UK shipping on all orders over £50.

Orders under £50 are subject to a standard shipping fee, displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm GMT are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

During busy periods (e.g. sales, seasonal peaks), processing may take up to 2 business days.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak periods. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@housewoke.com.

6. Packaging

In keeping with our values, we use plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable packaging wherever possible. We never use Styrofoam or single-use plastic wrapping. HouseWoke packaging is designed to protect your products and minimise environmental impact.

7. Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@housewoke.com with your order number. We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
