1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — no reason required. This is your statutory right and applies to all orders placed on our website.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@housewoke.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Condition of Returns
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- Returned within 14 days of our confirmation of your return request
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that show signs of use, damage, or are not returned within the required timeframe.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will arrange and cover the cost of the return.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@housewoke.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Personal care products (toothbrushes, razors, soap bars, dental floss)
- Food-contact items if the seal has been broken
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
